How to Make:

- It’s bright, tangy, and cuts through the richness.

Ingredients:
- Sliced pickled sausage
- Pickled eggs
- Sharp cheddar
- Apple slices
- Pretzels
Pair with: honey mustard dip

Smoky Pickled Sausage & Bean Stew
Ingredients:
- Sliced pickled sausage
- White beans (like cannellini or navy)
- Diced tomatoes
- Onion, garlic, carrots, celery
- Smoked paprika, bay leaf, thyme

Fire Egg Sandwich Melt
Ingredients:
Toasted sourdough or brioche
Sliced Red Hot Pickled Eggs
Melted cheddar or pepper jack
Spicy mayo or chipotle aioli
Optional: hot sauce drizzle
Instructions:
1. Prep the bread
Butter the outside of both sourdough slices lightly.
Optional: toast one side lightly in a pan for extra crunch before building.
2. Build the melt
On the inside of one slice of bread, layer in this order:
Chipotle mayo (spread evenly)
Cheese slices (this is your melt base)
Crispy bacon (if using)
Sliced Red Hot Pickled Eggs (your hero ingredient)
Optional drizzle of hot sauce or a few drops of pickled brine
Top with remaining cheese and close sandwich.
3. Grill it
Heat skillet or griddle to medium-low.
Cook sandwich 3-5 minutes per side.
Press lightly with spatula for even melting.
Cook until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
4. Finish
Slice diagonally for presentation.
Serve immediately while hot and gooey

Red Hot Pickled Egg & Sausage Skillet
Ingredients:
6 Red Hot Pickled Eggs, halved
1 Ib smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
½ onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter or oil
1-2 tbsp of egg brine
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions:
Brown the Sausage
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy on the edges. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Veggies
In the same pan, add butter/oil, then sauté peppers and onions until soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Bring It Together
Return sausage to the pan and mix everything together.
Add the Eggs (Last!)
Gently place your halved red hot pickled eggs into the skillet.
Let them warm through for a couple minutes- don't overcook.

Chopped romaine
Grilled chicken
Bacon crumbles
Cherry tomatoes
2-3 Garlic & Onion Pickled Eggs, sliced
Ranch or vinaigrette
Layer and serve.
